Barbera Monferrato D.O.C.

Vine:single grape type Barbera.
Colour:ruby red, more or less intense.
Bouquet:winy, intense and delicate at the same time.
Taste:dry or lightly sweetish, generally full-bodied, sometimes lively or sparkling.
Production area:Roccagrimalda (AL)
Tasting temperature: 18-20° C, uncorking the bottle 2 hours before pouring.
Suitable to:rice, peppers, pasta, roasts, snails, polenta, cheese, boiled meet and game.
To be poured into a carafe possibly half an hour before tasting.











Dolcetto d'Ovada D.O.C.

Vine:single grape type Dolcetto, existing in Piemonte since 1270.
Colour:ruby red, intense when young, tending to garnet red after ageing.
Bouquet:winy, fruity.
Taste:dry, soft, harmonic, pleasantly almond-tasting.
Production area:Roccagrimalda (AL)
Tasting temperature: 18-20° C.
Suitable to:peppers, pasta, polenta, fish and raw fish, poultry and stewed meat.
To be poured into a carafe possibly half an hour before tasting.
Quality:superior . It is possible to preserve it in bottle for 10 years..










Barbera dell'alto Monferrato D.O.C.

Barriqué

Vine: single grape type Barbera.
Colour: Ruby red aiming to garnet red
Bouquet: winy, strong and fruity
Taste:dry, full bodied, full and harmonic
Production area:Roccagrimalda (AL)
Tasting temperature: 18-20° C, uncorking the bottle 2 hours before pouring.
Suitable to:: with stron food of country tradition, ripe cheese, red roasted meat.

To be poured into a carafe possibly half an hour before tasting.
